I had an incredible stay at this guesthouse. The hosts were extremely attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The setting of the hotel was simply picturesque, both the cottage and the main restaurant area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The meals served at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, with multiple individual dishes that were different each time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Nothing at all.

We had the most amazing romantic getaway here! The traditional Japanese experience was incredible, with a beautiful room featuring tatami mat floors and sliding screens. We loved the private indoor bath, as well as the outdoor hot tub where we could relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. Another great aspect was the exceptional food, which was freshly prepared with local ingredients and cooked in front of us. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the stunning mountains and countryside nearby.
That some of the traditional aspects of the experience, such as wearing a yakata and sleeping on futons, took a bit of getting used to. But overall, we wouldn't have traded this unique and authentic experience for anything!

The location of the hotel is picturesque and tranquil, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with traditional Japanese decor and amenities such as air conditioning and wifi. the bathroom facilities are clean and modern, with a luxurious indoor bathing area and an outdoor hot tub. the service provided by the friendly and welcoming staff is exceptional, making guests feel at home. the breakfast and dinner options are out of this world, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality dishes cooked right in front of you.
The outside spa is a bit small for two people, only accommodating one person at a time.

We stayed at a traditional Japanese ryokan during Easter break. the highlight of our stay was definitely the food, which was exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the individual dishes and the fresh ingredients used. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions.
The outdoor hot-tub was quite small and not very accommodating for two people. the language barrier was a challenge, as some of the staff didn't speak English very well.
